By engaging in the coaching process, the client will not only gain clarity about what they want from their goals, but will understand the underlying desires they have for them in the first place.

What is life coaching?

How is this different than therapy?
Excellent question, I'm glad you asked. While coaching can resemble therapy from the outside, the methods used in each discipline are actually very different. Therapy tends to follow a medical model, with a special focus on disease, abnormality, and dysfunction. It relies heavily on "fixing" people and focusing on things in the past. Coaching on the other hand takes a more spiritual, holistic, and goal oriented approach by focusing on positive personal potential, self-empowerment, and designing actions and strategies to move you towards the future you desire.
